Your minister will arrive and meet you at the agreed upon time, at least within the hour of the start of your ceremony, and will lead you through the entire process; rely on your minister to guide you, to be reassured you can relax as much as possible and enjoy your special day.
You bring the Legal Marriage Documents to the ceremony. Directly following ceremony, the Officiant will orchestrate the signing process with you and your witnesses and handle your legal documents; this is a great photo opportunity! Please sign our Photo & Video Release Waiver. It is up to your discretion if you wish to invite the minister to dine with you, and if so please let them know ahead of time so they can plan for it.
The Officiant will handle everything from there on for your peace of mind, from supervising the signing process to ensuring and verifying that your legal documents have been processed and handled correctly at the court house the following business week. The documents will be either hand delivered or US mailed following the next business day; a week later you can contact the courthouse to request a legal copy of your marriage certificate, which they will US mail to you.
