Step by Step Details on
How to Proceed:
ONE:
To secure our service, go to the Wedding and Ceremonies tab, then choose an officiant package that best suits your needs. We have designed multiple packages to match varied needs and desires. You decide which service works best for you, and if you need guidance at any point on the way through this process, contact one of us directly to help!
TWO:
Once your payment has been received and you have chosen your minister, this secures our services. We will then send out a simple online electronic contract for you to sign, detailing the arrangements between you, Rising Heart Ministries, and your Officiant; a copy of the signed contract as well as receipt for proof of purchase will be emailed to you. We will consider a lay away type plan if needed, to be paid in full prior to the ceremony.
THREE:
Under the Wedding Ministers pages, you will see information on each minister; pictures, bio’s and contact information of how to get a hold of them directly.
FOUR:
Once you secure your payment and choose your minister, the fun begins of creating your ceremony! At that point we will start to put together a first draft, which we will initiate based on the information we gather from you.
FIVE:
Travel fees are additional. Secure your travel fees by making the payment directly to your officiating minister; either in cash, check, visa, PayPal, direct deposit, or agreed upon other method of payment. We will give you a hard copy receipt upon request.
FIVE:
Your minister would like to meet with you to get to know you, to help with logistics, and to hear your visions, understand how they can be of service, and to collaborate and start the design of your ceremony; this takes a minimum of 20-30 minutes; either in person, by phone, through email, video chat or text. The minister will offer ideas to you, and get your feedback, as well as listen and integrate your visions and ideas.
SIX:
After gathering information and getting a feel for who you are as a couple, the officiant will initiate the ceremony draft via email. Please go over our unique questionnaire designed to help you gather deeper thoughts about your ceremony. Take some time to look it over, fill it out and bring it to your meeting; simply designed as a helpful tool. Developing your ceremony through a word document is the easiest way for us to make changes, as we collaborate creating your ceremony together, until the final is agreed upon. Our intention is to always make it as easy as possible on you, as we understand this can be a busy time for couples, so guiding you through this fun process is what we are good at.
SEVEN:
To get set up with a minister, email, text or call to find out who is available for your date. The contact information is located at the top and bottom of our site as well as under the Wedding Officiant tab under each individual ministers bio.
EIGHT:
Together you and your minister will design and orchestrate an unforgettable ceremony! The ceremony script will have your final approval in advance prior to your ceremony; there will be no surprises. Our goal is to handle most of this process, taking the burden off you, so you can focus on other aspects to your special day. We will put it together in a way that totally reflects your beliefs, interests and joys.
The end result will be beautiful and magical!
NINE:
The minister will come to the agreed upon rehearsal and or ceremony with the script put together in the form of a lovely booklet, of which they will leave with you as a momento.
