Our ministers would love to be of service to you to discuss your particular needs and visions. Please utilize our unique Celebration of Life Checklist. We ask that you look it over, fill it out and bring it to your meeting, or simply use it as a helpful tool.
We have several ministers to choose from! See bio’s below, then decide which minister you prefer to work with.
Our ministers will travel! Review Travel considerations here.
Once you have chosen and secured the date with your preferred minister by contacting them directly and ensuring their availability, and have secured your payment for our services, we will email you a simple online contract detailing the logistical arrangements for us to go ahead and work out the details of your upcoming ceremonial arrangements.
Print and respond to the Celebration of Life Checklist prior to the consultation. After you have had time to gather your ideas about what special components your recently deceased would have liked to have incorporated and what best honors them, as well as your feedback from reviewing the checklist of the components of importance you desire to incorporate, you will either bring or email your minister s copy of your completed reflections and thoughts from the Celebration of Life Checklist to your appointment.
Free consultation with your chosen minister. Set up your free consultation by directly contacting and making arrangements with your minister. After reviewal of your Celebration of Life Checklist, you will either meet in person or on the phone for up to a 30 minute pre-planning session, whatever makes the most sense and work best for you.
Together you and your minister will design a basic layout which should be established determining the length of each part – this will prevent things from dragging on. We will discuss things to consider such as elderly and very young may have difficulty being seated for more than an hour. Thirty minutes is a sufficient length of time, while more than an hour may be too long. You have total control and approval over what is written and how it is delivered. After you approve the final copy, we hold your ceremony at the location of your choice.
You decide which service works best for you! Together we will put together a beautiful honoring ceremony.
Your minister will work directly with you to support your needs to help create a beautiful, meaningful, unique and honoring ceremony.
